You will always receive tracking for your package before it is given to the post office. Once a package has been passed off to the post office, it is no longer MMC's responsibility. Sandwich and I absolutely love the satin bow. My favorite part of it is the way it attaches to the collar. Instead of having to slide the collar through a loop you can just strap it on! The fabric is also super easy to spot clean as I have learned through many rainy day wears.
